Requirement
The US Mission, Kampala, invites responsible vendors/individual to provide quotes for supply and installation of below Camping Items. The Successful vendor will have to transport and install the items at site in the vicinity of the Singo Military Base- a 2 hour's drive north west of Kampala. Tents shall be set up on a wooden deck, to be supplied by the vendor, matching the size of each tent. This wills necessitate clearing and leveling of the area prior to installation.

SITE Visit,
A site visit has been arranged for Tuesday December 6th 2011 at 08.00 am prompt, and assembly point will be at the Singo Military Base main entrance. All potential vendors will be required transport and be responsible for their personnel at all time. US Mission shall have no responsibility whatsoever. Interested vendors should confirm participation in site visit by Monday 5th December 2011 at 04.00PM local time via email to KwikirizaRX@state.gov and CC KiyingiDX@state.gov & NaigaJV@state.gov

ONLY INTERESTED AND APPORVED VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR THE SITE VISIT- attendance will be communicated and confirmed via email, by US mission Kampala, no vendor will be allowed at the site without confirmation email.

PS. Site visit deliberations will be incorporated in the TOR/SOW.
