America Days in Mbarara
On February 9 Ambassador Jimmy Kolker launched America Days in Mbarara. The three-day event was designed as an opportunity for the people of Mbarara and neighboring districts to become more familiar with the elements and activities of the U.S. Mission in Uganda.
