Consular Systems Upgrade Cancelled
The systems upgrade that was planned for Friday, August 7, to Monday, August 10, has been cancelled due to complexities encountered in pre-deployment activities for the upgrade. As a result, Consular Services will not be interrupted during this period and all American Citizen, Non-immigrant and Immigrant visa services will be processed normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

U.S. citizens with questions or concerns may telephone the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Kampala at (+256) (414) 306 001. In the case of an emergency outside business hours or during any suspension of public services U.S. citizens may reach the Embassy duty officer by calling (+256) (414) 306 001.
