On Sunday July 11 at approximately 2310 hours there was a security incident in Kabalagala. All Americans in Kampala, whom are at a public place, are directed to go home at this time.
At approximately 2348 hours a possible second security incident a local venue occurred. All Americans are directed to return to their homes at this time. End message.
